The Roper Garden Building was built in 2008 as the first Certified Green Building in Winter Garden. The first Certifed Green Building in the World with a aquaponic green house on the roof.

About Us

Pilars Loft

Pilars Loft is located on the second floor of the Garden Building. The Loft is the live music entertainment space for Pilars Martini located on the First Floor. Live music every Thrusday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday along will all of the great Food and Coctails available in Pilars.

Currently the building is 100% leased but learn about our Tenants and their businesses.

Rooftop Greenhouse

The roof top greenhouse was opened in 2009 to provide local food in an environmentally friendly way.
